Dr. Balter was born and grew up in Seattle. He graduated with honors
from the University of Washington where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, then obtained his O.D. degree, graduating magna
cum laude, from the Southern California College of Optometry. His friendly, open, and caring manner has made
him a favorite among patients - not only in our neighborhood but also around the state and beyond. He is a fixture in
the Seattle business community and the optometric community at large and most importantly, he is always ready to go the extra
mile for his patients.
